Clelia yra italė, gyvenanti Vilniuje, ir jau daug metų praktikuojanti ir dėstanti baletą. Su laiku ji pamilo ir sporto treniruotes, o perėjimas nuo baleto prie barre buvo natūralus - jis sujungia baleto eleganciją ir fitneso jėgą.

(EN) We have news! We are very excited to announce that Barre classes are starting in September at Heartcore studio!
You are invited try a fitness discipline that blends elements of ballet, Pilates, and strength training. It’s a full-body workout designed to improve posture, flexibility, and muscle tone—especially targeting the legs, glutes, and core.
What makes Barre special is how it combines grace and control with powerful, low-impact exercises. It’s perfect for anyone who wants to sculpt lean, dancer-like muscles, without needing a background in ballet.
🔸Level: open, whether you’re a complete beginner or someone with experience in movement, Barre is accessible and adaptable to all levels.
🔸Price: €45 for a monthly pass (4 classes), €15 for a single class.
The first lesson on September 1st is free, but registration is required!
🔸What to wear: comfortable sportswear - leggings, sports bra/t-shirt/leotard, socks (grip socks are ideal).

Clelia is an Italian, living in Vilnius, who has been practicing and teaching ballet for long time. Over time she developed a strong passion for fitness disciplines. With Clelia’s ballet background, transitioning into Barre felt natural—it brings together the elegance of ballet and the power of fitness.
Clelia became a certified Barre instructor to help others experience this beautiful and energizing method of training. I truly love seeing how it empowers people to move with strength, control, and grace.
