About this Event
In this hands-on class, instructor Dove Pierce will guide you through making four Izakaya favorites - Skirt Goyoza (classic pork and scallion dumplings), Karaage Nanban (fried chicken bites with tartar sauce), Okonomiyaki (savory cabbage pancake), and Tsukemono (quick pickled vegetables). You will be eating in class and we'll have Japanese bar service with optional sake and Japanese beer to complete the experience. You'll leave with a recipe packet to take home so you can throw your own Izakaya party.
