Join Certified Iyengar Yoga teacher, Vickie Aldridge, to explore the precision and alignment of each pose with the use of props for more accessibility.
Students who are well-versed in beginning poses and have shoulder stand experience will learn to refine their practice in this monthly series.
Seasoned students will develop strength and refinement in all groups of asanas while paying close attention of the mind to body and breath.
