But don't worry - this isn't another guilt trip. He'll share practical ways to break the cycle, including how to make improvements in the areas that makes sense for you, how to track what's working (without needing a spreadsheet), and how to get support from the people around you.
This talk is down-to-earth, energizing, and full of useful ideas to help you stop overthinking and start making progress. Because sometimes, the biggest change comes from just doing the next right thing.
About our speaker:
Mike Thomas is a registered pharmacist, board-certified health coach (NBHWC), and lifestyle medicine specialist (DipACLM) who's passionate about helping people reclaim their energy and well-being. After nearly 30 years in corporate healthcare, Mike shifted gears in 2018 to work more personally with busy professionals, guiding them toward sustainable behavior change.
A Springfield resident for the past 20 years, Mike has been married for 33 years and is the proud father of three adult children. He understands the everyday challenges of juggling career, family, and personal health - because he's lived it. At one point, despite knowing what to do, Mike found himself overstressed, overweight, and exhausted. Small, consistent lifestyle changes helped him turn things around, and now he coaches other to do the same.
