NOA will send you on a culinary journey from Casablanca, to Jerusalem, Shiraz and Mumbai. Traditional recipes and modern interpretation bring the taste of the Levant into all their dishes.
Taste some homemade mezze such as creamy hummus variations, fresh tabouleh, babaganoush and spicy savory hariss. And enjoy a typical main course consisting of fish and meat dishes such as Köfte and Kebap, fresh bowls and crisp salads - always served with oven-fresh, home-baked pita bread.
