The International Women's Club of Riga is excited to announce our Fall 2025 Charity Drive on Tuesday, October 7th 1000 - 1300 at the Salvation Army (Bruņinieku iela 10A). Any and all members of the greater community are invited to bring their donations to our drop-off area inside the back of the Salvation Army building. The IWCR will then sort the donated items based on our charity needs. Any and all items are welcome: gently-used clothing and shoes, backpacks, kitchen supplies, school supplies, household appliances, toys, kid's bikes, craft material, towels/sheets, and more! If you have a large item to donate, please contact [email protected] before dropping it off as we have no way to move large items. If you have no gently-used items to donate, consider donating diapers, wipes, toiletries, or school supplies. Stay and enjoy a coffee and cookies following your donation drop-off. The Salvation Army (Pestīšanas armija) is located at Bruņinieku iela 10A and it is possible to pull your vehicle inside the gate to drop-off items. You are also welcome to enter through the gate by foot and come in the furthest back door into the charity donation area. Please arrive by 1300 to drop-off you donations.
