Join us for an IvyKids Saturday event for Black History Month! This event for grades K-5 will feature Valerie Bolling, author of the new books March for Hope and A Flea For Justice, which are both stories that offer calls to action and heartfelt reminders of our own inherent strength.
This event will feature a storytime and activities based on the books, asking kids to consider: who inspires you? and what books can help us learn about the things we care about?

Valerie Bolling is an award–winning educator and author. Her picture book Let’s Dance! won the Crystal Kite Award. She lives in Stamford, Connecticut.
