About this Event
The 10th Ivy International Grand Prize of Music will be held this summer in Boston and New York. The Ivy International Grand Prize of Music provides a platform for artists from different regions to have cultural exchanges and compete in music. The competition brings together many outstanding players, teachers, and institutions to participate, providing a platform for students to showcase and exchange ideas. We are looking forward to discovering many gifted artists at the 10th Ivy International Grand Prize of Music and we would like to invite you to apply!
All music styles, instruments, and vocal parts are welcome!
Ages:
- 5-17 years old
Performances:
- May be any instrument or vocal part
- Solo and group performances welcome
- 5-10 minutes per performance
Guest Professors:
- Ken Schaphorst: Chair of Jazz Studies at New England Conservatory
- Jonathan Bass: Professor of Piano at Boston Conservatory
