What is the Federal Programs Parent Conference?
This conference is a full, informative, and family-friendly day created just for parents of Title I & Title III students across all 22 Lancaster-Lebanon IU13 school districts. The goal is to give families practical tools, fresh ideas, and real support for helping their children succeed at home and in school.
Throughout the day, national and local speakers share easy, everyday strategies on topics that matter to families, like helping with homework, raising confident and resilient kids, and keeping children safe online.
Parents can also explore the hands-on Learning Fair, where teachers and reading specialists offer activities, tips, and resources you can take home and use right away.
The conference is at no cost for parents and guardians. Attendees will enjoy complimentary breakfast and lunch, receive free books, materials, and special giveaways, and have meaningful opportunities to connect with educators, community advocates, and other parents.
Most importantly, families will leave feeling encouraged, empowered, and equipped with practical tools to support their child’s learning.
