Fundraiser benefitting Operation in My Back Yard (OPIMBY)’s street outreach harm reduction program. Funds raised at this event will help OPIMBY end overdoses and the spread of preventable diseases in Philadelphia.There will be a costume contest at the event and tons of raffles from Philly businesses. Guests will receive free Narcan and an overdose reversal training.
