How would you like to move through life with more freedom and ease? The Alexander Technique is a powerful tool for change in mental and physical performance, bringing more ease and flexibility into all areas of your life.
Based on the work of Australian actor FM Alexander (1869-1955), this workshop will introduce you to the ITM perspective to Alexander’s work.
Described by ITM founder Don W**d (1950-2022) as a "constellation of concepts, tools and principles," this radical approach to teaching Alexander's work is based on Don’s life-long study of Alexander's four books combined with his in-depth knowledge of anatomy, personal development and modern educational theories.
If you would like to experience a fulfilling blend of challenge, curiosity and fun with a view to gaining long-term success in all areas of life, why not join us in June?
Whether you are new to this work or have previous experience, you are welcome!
Founded in 1993, the ITM is an international network of teachers whose approach to teaching new ways of thinking, moving, and living are consistent with the ideas and principles in Alexander's writings.
