🕕 Time: 6:00 - 8:30 PM (Set-up will start at 3 pm, all canopies should be up no later than 5:30 pm, and breakdown will be at 8:30 pm)
Calling all Creatives and Community Partners alike!
We’re inviting YOU to decorate your own pop-up tent for our community ITLV's Tents-N-Treats event! Think of it as trunk-or-treat—but with tents!
Set up, decorate, and hand out candy in a festive and family-friendly space. Only family appropriate decorations will be permitted during this event.
Best costumes and canopy designs will win fun prizes!
We are serving up $1.00 hot dogs, cotton candy, popcorn, and beverages to help support some of our local non-profits and schools. Enjoy a family-friendly movie, take a spin on the 360 photobooth, and of course partake in a few lawn games with your family and neighbors!
Important Note: Deadline to sign-up will be October 1, 2025.
Requirements:
Must be an adult aged 18 or older.
Provide your own set-up (10x10 pop-up tent, 4 ft or 6 ft table, chairs, decorations).
Able to set-up no later than 5:30 pm on the event day.
Be prepared to provide your own source of electricity, if needed.
If you do not have a pop up tent please send your request to Roneka Jones at [email protected] by 10/01/2025, requests will be fulfilled on a first come first serve basis.
