Ithaca College Percussion Ensemble

This evening’s concert features an exciting blend of repertoire for percussion ensemble including classics like Edgard Varèse’s “Ionisation” and newer pieces like electronic music producer Jlin’s piece “Derivative.” Rich and haunting sound worlds are explored in Gemma Peacocke’s “All Corners of This Floating World Swept” while creative decision-making happens live in the works of George Lewis and Jason Treuting.
