The menus change with the seasons and include the best local, seasonal, ‘nutri-rich’, healthy, real whole food in keeping with my Cook Real Food philosophy.

Italianicious presents a range of interesting antipasti, focaccia, pasta, ravioli, pasta sauces, risotto, arancini, main dishes, saltimbocca, tagliata di manzo, eggplant lasagne, desserts, pannacotta, tiramisu, affogato; some old and traditional dishes, like risottos, and some new. All require various culinary skills which you will master in this class.
Learning how to make hand-made, egg pasta is a joy, most satisfying and delicious to eat. Pasta-making is always included in this class. Simple pasta dishes become taste sensations when teamed with vibrant, flavoursome sauces. Once you have perfected the simple techniques, pasta is quick and easy to make and cook.
All classes are small, hands-on, relaxed, fun and informative. You are welcomed with a tea, coffee, cold drink and a cake or biscuit made in-house in the Cooking on the Bay kitchen. You take home a comprehensive recipe booklet of all the recipes we cooked in class, plus cooking extra hints and tips. Everything you need is provided for the day. Enjoy a leisurely, sit-down, Italian-style 3 course luncheon with wine to savour the food you cooked in the class. All overlooking the picturesque bay.
Class fee $245 per person for the full-day cooking class.
