Tuesday, January 30th:
10.45 am: Welcome and Registration
11.00 am-12.00 pm: Masterclass
12.00 - 3.00 pm: Walk around tasting and networking
Free Admission. Trade and press only. Proof of professional identity is required for entry.

- It’s a ten-story garage saddled between Fifth and Sixth street. Please see below for a map with entrances marked.
- When you are parking in the 10-story garage, you just need to say “I have an event in the Culinary School”. The attendant will place a blue tag on the back of your car.
