Italian Wine + Spirits Dinner at Calliope

Join us for an evening highlighting Italian wines, gins, and amari, each paired with dishes from Calliope’s kitchen. This dinner will be hosted by co-owner and beverage director Raven Humphrey in partnership with Aubrey Stout of 100% Italiano.

The event will feature wines from producers Raven visited during her recent trip to Italy, where she explored regions connected to her family’s lineage. Each course will be paired to complement the flavors and traditions of these vineyards, prepared by Chef Khaled Albanna and the Calliope team.
