The highlight of the evening will be a live demonstration by Chef Romeo DiBona, Assistant Executive Chef, who will showcase the traditional preparation of fresh mozzarella—crafted by hand before your eyes.
Following the demonstration, guests will enjoy a tasting of three exquisite cheeses, including the freshly made mozzarella and two additional varieties, each thoughtfully paired with an Italian wine.
