Learn to make homemade pasta in a variety of forms and fillings with Corinn VanWyck, Traveling Sage Personal Chef, during her interactive dinner-party style workshop at LACA. Students will taste as they learn the art of pasta-making during ‘Italian Sausage Tortellini’ on Tuesday, Jan. 14 from 6 - 8:30 p.m. Registration is $50 for LACA members, $60 for non-members, and includes all supplies. The ‘Italian Sausage Tortellini' workshop will include traditional Italian (pork) sausage filled tortellini and a plant based mushroom option. Students will also make simple sauces.
