This program explores Italian and Italian-American Pirates that helped shape the nation and world from ancient times to the 1800s. Bio: Luca Rebussini is a 6th grade social studies teacher from Cranston, R.I. He is a graduate of URI with bachelor's degrees in history and secondary education respectively and began giving pirate history speeches out of a combination of a love of history, passion for teaching, and the fun of learning about the remarkable stories of pirates.
