Our Chef will teach you to make the classic Tiramisù, the oh so rich and decadent Italian indulgence is the perfect balance of coffee and sweetness. Although it is an after-dinner treat, it is quite the “pick me up”, as its translation would state. The elegant Italian dessert is traditionally made with ladyfingers dipped in espresso, layered with a rich creamy mixture, and finished with a bountiful sprinkling of cocoa powder. Culinary legend has it that tiramisù was invented in Treviso, a small city in the romantic region of Veneto, in which Venetian lovers would tiramisu thinking it would give them more energy.
