Join us at Devon Cookery School for a seasonal Italian cooking class, where you will master the art of preparing three classic Italian dishes: bruschetta, risotto, and tiramisu. What You Will Be Making:
• Seasonal bruschetta – A traditional Italian antipasto with fresh, seasonal toppings, perfect as a light
starter or appetiser.
• Creamy risotto – Learn the secrets to a rich, perfectly cooked risotto, using seasonal vegetables
and herbs to highlight the best produce of the time of year.
• Decadent tiramisu – Master the layering of rich mascarpone, espresso-soaked ladyfingers, and a
dusting of cocoa to create this beloved Italian dessert.
