About this Event
If you are passionate about your business and local community and want to make them more dementia-friendly then this session is for you.
You will understand the impact of dementia and the many ways people can live well with dementia everyday. You will learn what a dementia-friendly business is and how it benefits the whole community. You will learn how to support and communicate with people living with dementia. Customer service skills, responsiveness and sensitivity to customers needs will grow. You will feel empowered to improve the lives of others, understanding that small actions can make a real difference in helping people continue to participate in the local community.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
It is ideal if you can bring your ticket. However, if you have completed your registration we will have your details and forgetting your ticket won’t be a problem.
