A staged reading of an adaptation of Sinclair Lewis’ “ It Can’t Happen Here.” Set in 1930’s Vermont, an authoritarian American politician becomes a dictator. The proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to The Maine Civil Liberties Union and The Immigrant Legal Advocacy Project(ILAP).
Friday is the 1 st performance. There will be another on Saturday 9/13.
A donation of $10 is requested and can be paid at the door.
