Join us for a special thank-you and showcase event celebrating the creative 'makers and shakers' in our community! This is a fantastic opportunity to hang out, meet fellow makers, and explore an array of amazing creations.
You’ll have the chance to experience the outcomes from the co-designed journey that YarMakers has undertaken. From taster workshops, through to dedicated courses, and one-offs. We’ve explored sewing, drawing, printing, weaving, animation, sustainable fashion, furniture making, food and even how to make a party! As the programme has evolved we have also started a young YarMakers off-shoot to harness the power of making across generations.
Come and enjoy displays of work made through the year by YarMakers, shop or barter for unique items or gifts (that may or may not be for sale!), and take part in some hands-on creative activities yourself.
Plus, as socialising and connection is at the heart of our work come and indulge in a shared feast with delicious treats!
Whether you're a seasoned maker or just curious, everyone is welcome. Don't miss out on this chance to connect, create, and be inspired!
