This year, HALL´s restaurant ISU is happy to be part of TMW Tastes programme that leads your way through the vibrant landscape of Tallinn’s food scene.On April 5th, just before we head to HALL x Opium TMW Showcase for a club night packed with music, we invite you to a pre-party dinner at ISU for a special ambient set by Joe Muggs!
For the night, we offer a special combo ticket (49€) which includes:
- a 4-course dinner
- an entrance to TMW: HALL x Opium Showcase

Joe Muggs is best known as a music writer who has worked for the likes of Mixmag, WIRE, FACT, The Guardian, The Daily Telegraph, theartsdesk, Bandcamp Daily and Boiler Room. In addition he has published "Bass, Mids, Tops: An Oral History of Soundsystem Culture" (with photographer Brian David Stevens) and "Crosstown Rebels - 20 Years Of Madness, Magic and Music" in 2023. He also brings to the table experience as a DJ, commercial copywriter, electronic musician, educator, album compiler (Ninja Tune's "Grime 2.0", Ministry's "Adventures in Dubstep & Beyond"), A&R, label manager and ambient cabaret promoter. And last but not least, traverses ambient, neo-classical and experimental sounds as a presenter of Worldwide FM's radio show!
