iStroll is the ultimate 60 minute family (and stroller!) friendly workout! The classes are created by athletes for parents, and are modifiable for any fitness level or stage of parenthood (whether you’re planning, pregnant, or postpartum.).It incorporates body weight exercises, dumbbell resistance, and running to culminate into a great boot camp style sweat sesh for both moms and dads! You’ll want to bring a yoga mat, a set of dumbbells (I’ll have extra if you need to borrow some), some water, and your happy tot in a stroller.
