ISTA Level 1 - Rome in Italy Would you like to deepen your intimacy? Do you feel ready to break free from old conditioning patterns? Is there a lack (or a desire for more) passion in your life, a sense that there is something deeper, more alive? If you're ready to transform your life, this 7 day experiential workshop is for you. Thousands of people on five continents have already participated in this training over the past 15 years. All have been radically and positively affected, revealing their reaction patterns and transforming them so that their daily lives can be lived consciously. This workshop focuses on cleansing the physical and emotional bodies, primarily related to shame, guilt, and fear connected to s&xuality and authenticity. We will use various healing techniques: guided visualizations, emotional release, shamanic initiations, conscious touch, and many other practices to delve into our inner worlds. The archetypes of the inner masculine and feminine will also be explored. A powerful group process based on love, intimacy, and acceptance of what wants to be expressed within us. No prior knowledge of shamanism or sacred s&xuality is necessary to participate. This training explores expanding our comfort zones while honoring the expression of our healthy boundaries. Nudity and intimate touch are part of the program; however, the final choice remains yours, and the teachers will guide you to help you name and respect what is authentic for you. Singles and couples of all s&xual orientations are welcome.
