CAUSE:

The Israel Symphony Orchestra Rishon LeZion (ISO) was founded in 1988 by the municipality of Rishon LeZion and a year later it became the resident orchestra of The Israeli Opera in Tel Aviv, the premier opera company in Israel. Very quickly the ISO was recognized as one of the leading and most innovative musical organizations in Israel. Led by musical director Dan Ettinger, the ISO currently employs 76 musicians and support staff from Israel, Russia, Spain, United States, Germany, Australia, Romania, and China. During the war, members of the ISO played over 200 concerts for the communities that were affected by the atrocities and for the many refugees all over Israel. Today, the ensemble needs your help as recent funding cuts are affecting staff salaries and operations.

Proceeds from this concert will be sent by KI to the ISO to support their talented musicians. In addition to your ticket purchase, please consider supporting the ensemble philanthropically directly through their US Causematch page here.

NOTA BENES:

Doors Open at 7:00. Concert begins at 7:30.

All seating except FRONT ROW is unassigned.

Tickets cannot be refunded but can be transferred to a different attendee.

We recommend buying tickets online whenever possible. Tickets will be available at the door with payment in cash or check only, for $45.

CONGREGATION KEHILLATH ISRAEL is a traditional inclusive synagogue that actively embraces individuals, its community, and the world. An innovative and prominent voice in North American Jewish life since 1917, it is one of Brookline's oldest synagogues.
