Friday, January 31st, is Young Farmers Day. You and your students are invited to attend as our guests. Admission is FREE. This is an opportunity for schoolchildren to learn about farming in the community through fun activities and demonstrations. RSVP by email or phone with your school name, teacher name, and number of students by January 17, 2025.

Young Farmers Day Activities
School children can discover the wonderful world of agriculture by visiting these stations organized and provided by the Vancouver Island Regional 4-H Council.
These activities will be from 10am to 2pm on Friday, January 31st only.
-Garden (seed planting)
-Poultry & Incubation ( life cycle of an egg)
-Horse Feeding & Equipment( no actual horses)
-A "Learn About 4-H Scavenger Hunt"
-4-H Information Booth (facilitated by 4-H Ambassador
