About this Event
Join us on the island--Columbia Island, on the banks of the Potomac--for a refreshing yoga flow and a tropical happy hour to kick off the midweek Independence Day holiday! We'll roll out our mats in the sprawling lawn of Island Time Bar & Grill (D.C.'s best kept secret!), overlooking the serene marina. Following a fun, all-levels yoga experience to relax your mind and body, enjoy a complimentary tiki beverage (alcoholic or non) and great company. Stay after to nourish your appetite from the delicious menu items, including salads, fish tacos, and the best fries around!
