About this Event
Join us on the island--Columbia Island, on the banks of the Potomac--for a refreshing yoga flow and a tropical midweek happy hour. We'll roll out our mats on the sprawling lawn of Island Time Bar & Grill (D.C.'s best kept secret!), overlooking the serene marina. Following a fun, all-levels yoga experience to relax your mind and body, enjoy a complimentary tiki beverage (alcoholic or non) and great company. Stay after to nourish your appetite from the delicious menu items, including salads, fish tacos, and the best fries around! This will be our final Island Yoga of the season!
