台灣島嶼雷鬼音樂節Island Reggae Fest (TW)
台灣島嶼雷鬼音樂節是Rootz and Culture Safari期下與Afro Fusion Taiwan共同舉辦的一項活動。
2021年我們首度在台灣舉辦雷鬼文化的推廣活動。活動地點在位於臺北市南京三民捷運站三號出口附近的Gaming Space展演中心。
這次很榮幸能夠邀請到Carib Bwoys一同舉辦這場盛宴。
當大家想到牙買加、世界、還有世界大同的愛時，必然會想到雷鬼音樂。它是一種使人團結、鼓舞人心、傳播真理、還有給予希望的音樂。
我們致力於創造出一種文化，目的是讓所有人都能夠擁有機會平等。我們希望能在台北打造出一個具有休閒娛樂性、公民性及文化性的聚會場所，讓眾人皆能享受，並藉此提倡包容與接納的精神。
台灣島嶼雷鬼音樂節呈獻愛、和平、團結及文化。且雷鬼音樂能讓人隨之起舞，屢試不爽，這也是我們愛上它的原因。雷鬼音樂體現了文化融合與戰後訊息的傳遞。聽了雷鬼，就會知道什麼叫做真正的「Chill」！
現場活動包括：
雷鬼音樂DJ演出、
雷鬼樂團演出、
及雷鬼音樂經典，如Bob Marley、Steel Pulse、Marcia Griffith、Lucky Dube等，及新興雷鬼歌手音樂如Tarrus Riley、Koffee、Chronnix等

評選方式：前三回合由觀眾選出，第四回合由評審選
獎品：獎金紅包一包及免費非洲編髮一次
比賽方式：
總共4回合，每位BATTLE時間1分鐘
第一回合，先由第一位上場，下一位直接上台開始緊接BATTLE直至最後一名，結束由觀眾挑選前10名
第二回合，由觀眾挑選前8名
第三回合，由觀眾挑選前5名
最後一回合，評審選出冠軍

Island Reggae Fest (TW)
Island Reggae Fest(TW) is an event under the Roots and Culture Safari umbrella together with Afro Fusion Taiwan.
2021 is our first year of promoting reggae culture here in Taiwan at Gaming space near MRT station nanjing sanmin “exit 3”which has already had its course flow within most of the sound systems around. We are honored to collaborate with The Carib bwoys.
Reggae is the music the world hears when they think of Jamaica, the world, and one love!
It is music used to unite, inspire,spread truth and give hope.
we are committed to creating a culture that supports the overall mission of equal opportunity for all. We are committed to creating a gathering space that is a recreational, civic and cultural destination for all walks of life to enjoy, promoting inclusivity in this city of Taipei.
The island reggae festival presents love peace ,unity and culture Reggae is one of the tried-and-true ways to get people out of their chairs and onto the dance floor. This is one of the reasons we love it. Reggae is the result of cultural fusion and post-war messaging. As a genre, it defines what we think of as “chill” in many ways.

Legendary tunes from the likes of Bob Marley, Steel Pulse, marcia Griffith,lucky Dube etc…. and some of the new brothas and sistaz like Tarrus Riley, Koffee, Chronnix,etc.
