Day to Day Itinerary
Day01: Arrival in Kathmandu and trip preparation (1,300m)
Day02: Fly to Lukla, trek to Phakding (2,651m) 3 – 4 hours trek
Day03: Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,438m), 5 – 6 hours
Day04: Acclimatization Day – Namche Bazaar: (3,440m)
Day05: Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3,870m), 10km, 5 – 6 hours
Day06: Tengboche to Dingboche (4,360m), 5 – 6 hours
Day07: Dingboche: Acclimatization
Day08: Dingboche to Lobuche (4940m), 5-6 hours
Day09: Lobuche to Gorak Shep (5,170m), visit Everest Base Camp (5,364m), 6-7 hours
Day10: Gorak Shep to Kala Patthar (5545m) and back to Lobuche (4940m), 7-8 hours
Day11: Lobuche to Kongma La (5,535m) to Chhukung (4,730m), 6-7 hours
Day12: Chhukung to Island Peak base camp (5,200m), 3-4 hours
Day13: Pre-climb training on Island Peak Base Camp
Day14: Island Peak base camp to Island Peak summit (6,189m),back to Chhukung : 10-
12 hours
Day15: Chhukung to Namche bazar(3440 meter ) 8-9 hours
Day16: Namche bazar to Lukla (2700m)- 7 hours
Day17: Fly to Kathmandu
Day18: Departure day
