23-year-old Zelzate native Iskander Moens' first single 'Saturday Silence' is doing well! With airplay on MNM, Studio Brussel, Radio 2 and 1000th online streams!
Devoted to being swallowed up by a big anonymous city, he went for extended periods to places like New York, Berlin, Boston and Florence. Each time, Iskander immersed himself completely in the local music scene, played in numerous singer-songwriter cafes where he impressed with his warm tenor voice, and wrote a mountain of sparkling folk-pop songs en passant. The best of these songs are on his debut EP, to be released in March, followed by a release show in AB!
