Get ready to immerse yourself in a world packed with official Industry Guests, Gaming Tournaments, and a massive Vendors Hall featuring hundreds of artists and merchants. Will you compete in the legendary Cosplay Contest or dance the night away at the Formal Ball? Catch the high-energy Idol Showcase and K-Pop performances, explore the Maid Cafe, and test your skills in the Arcade, D&D and Quests. Every corner holds a new memory waiting to be made!

Registration (Badge Pick-up/Sales):
- Friday – 12:15 PM to 8:00 PM
- Saturday – 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Sunday – 10:15 AM to 4:00 PM
Exhibit Hall (Vendors/Artists):
- Friday – 1:00 PM to 7:30 PM (VIP Entry: 12:30 PM)
- Saturday – 12:00 PM to 7:45 PM (VIP Entry: 11:30 AM)
- Sunday – 11:00 AM to 3:45 PM (VIP Entry: 10:30 AM)
Programming (Panels/Main Events):
- Friday – 1:30 PM to 8:45 PM
- Saturday – 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM
- Sunday – 11:45 AM to 5:00 PM

Anti-Harassment and Safety Policy
Isekai Anime Con is committed to fostering a fun and welcoming environment for every participant. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy against any form of harassment directed toward attendees, artists, vendors, performers, special guests, or event staff.
Any individual found engaging in harassment or inappropriate conduct will have their badge immediately confiscated and be ejected from the event without a refund.
Harassment includes, but is not limited to:
- Verbal insults or intimidation.
- Nonconsensual photography or video-recording. Always ask permission before taking photos of individuals.
- Following, stalking, or impeding the movement of another guest.
- Nonconsensual physical contact.
The Golden Rule: Be respectful, treat others with kindness, and help us keep Isekai Anime Con a safe and incredible experience for everyone.
