‘Isadora’ is an object oriented programming environment designed by artists for artists. It is very easy to learn and suitable for beginners through to experts. It’s an ideal platform for creating interactive multimedia projects and any audio visual requirements, including multiscreen display and 3D mapping for live performance, theatre, interactive installations and more.Participants should bring:
Their own laptop or computer, with ideally a second monitor (though not essential). Computers should have a webcam, either inbuilt or external.
‘Isadora’ fully preinstalled and registered (essential). Isadora runs on MacOS and Windows and the licensing model includes a very inexpensive one-week rental of $10 USD or a monthly subscription of $17.50 USD. Isadora can be downloaded here: https://troikatronix.com/get-it/
Please also bring your multimedia ideas and media that relate. This could be picture files, digital video files, or audio files.
