Wondering if your wages are competitive and how they stack up against others who are hiring for your talent needs? Can’t afford to purchase a salary survey which may not be a right fit?
Join Charlene Hofbauer of the Workforce Planning Board of Waterloo Wellington Dufferin who will guide you through how to do your own quick salary survey checkpoint.
With the easy-to-use tools she has developed, you will learn to:
- Pick the codes that most correspond to the roles in your organization
- Find data on the lowest pay, median pay, and highest pay
- Quickly find what the competition has been advertising in the past 12 months
- Be more prepared for upcoming pay transparency changes (Bill 149)
All participants will be provided with the tools before the session and should bring a laptop or tablet that they are comfortable working on during the session. This is a high-engagement, practical working session.
You will leave this session with completed wage data on 2-3 occupations in your company!
