Here’s what happens: loyal, dedicated leaders are treated like criminals instead of honored for their decades of service.
They’re told two weeks into the school year: “Clean your desk out by Labor Day and don’t come back.”
Is this how we treat those who gave their lives to Godfrey-Lee? If this is what loyalty looks like, why would anyone else give theirs?

This isn’t FAMILEE. This isn’t honor.
It’s wrong — and we need to show up.
This is the board’s chance to show that FAMILEE isn’t just a slogan on a banner — it’s a commitment to the people who have dedicated their lives to this district. Stand up and show the community it truly means something.
