About this Event
So often, we get strong feelings that want to push us in a certain direction. But in our noise-filled world and perpetually busy lives, pinpointing where these inclinations come from can be challenging. When are we putting fear and habitual patterns in the driver's seat, and when are we opening up to inner wisdom?
As it turns out, "a woman's intuition" has some science behind it. In this workshop, you'll delve into insights from neuroscience, psychology, and everyday people with extraordinary intuitive abilities (even psychics) to disentangle intuition from anxiety – much needed in a time of so much uncertainty.
Grounded in insights from author Elizabeth Greenwood's latest book, Elizabeth will guide you through simple practices to help develop and refine your personal intuitive language for clearer decision-making, enhanced creativity, and more better days. You'll walk away with a modern take on one of the oldest tools we possess – tapping into our self-knowledge, learning to trust our instincts, and understanding how to better align the lives we are living with the lives we deeply desire.
Full address to be provided upon RSVP. Drinks & light bites will be provided!
