When he has the opportunity to combine his knowledge and experience in leadership with his faith, great things happen. As the founder and president of Life Pulse, which has developed sustainable solutions to solve people problems and enhance performance for organizations and individuals, Matt works with clients ranging from Google and Twitter to small businesses and individuals. Matt, and his wife Maria, speak annually to students at Eagle University (a youth success program for high school and college students), mentoring and helping them discover what motivates them, their purpose, and how to live it out.
