Artificial intelligence has the potential to impact every industry and change the way work is done in organizations. While the debate continues about exactly when the moment will come (or if it’s already here), the need to have a future-thinking mindset is undoubted. Organizations will have to decide now whether AI is something that will happen to them or if AI is an opportunity to augment their innovation and develop a competitive advantage.

This free workshop is designed for business leaders, improvement managers, and advocates for innovation, especially those early in their adoption of AI at an organizational level. By the end of the 2-hour session, participants will be better equipped to see the possibilities while still appreciating the complexity of using AI at a corporate level. The workshop will show participants how they can create new value for their organizations by being intentional and strategic.
