"Will's journey began when he was working in the wine trade in South Australia in the early 2000’s, representing some of the iconic wineries of the world (Louis Roederer, Louis Jadot, Vietti, Shaw & Smith plus many more.) This was followed by global sales roles at both Joval Wine Group and Two Hands Wines, based in the Barossa Valley.
For the past 10 years, Will has worked for Irvine Wines, overseeing sales into all parts of the world. Will is extremely passionate about the South Australian wine industry and loves travelling the world and spreading the story of the wineries he represents."

Since this portfolio of wines is fairly red wine heavy, Chef Ryan will be whipping up a "meat and potatoes" style of meal, which means you can expect beef and potatoes for virtually every course...except maybe dessert. So, if beef paired with red Australian wine is your jam, then you absolutely do not want to miss this dinner!
For this dinner, Chef Ryan and his team will be presenting 5 expertly paired courses with the wines. Special pricing for the wines will be available the night of the event only, courtesy of our neighbor Bernie’s Wines & Liquors.
Tickets are $105 per person plus tax and tip. Doors open at 6pm, dinner service starts at 6:30.
