Unlike many similar towns, Irvine doesn’t have an official community events committee or organisation.We’d like to change that. Can you Help?
Are you interested in doing your bit to make Irvine a nice place to live for everyone ?
Perhaps you would like to get involved in organising and managing some fun community events?
Whatever the reason we need as many volunteers as possible to make real positive change here in Irvine.
As well as our need for community council volunteers we’re keen to help re-establish an Irvine Events Committee to organise future community events such as Christmas events, and other family friendly events throughout the year.
Initially this group will operate as a subcommittee of the Community Council but eventually we’d hope this could be spun out into its own separate entity
Unlike our community council membership, there’s no geographical restriction on membership of this committee, so no matter where you live you’re welcome to join and do your bit.
