This Tuesday, Islamabad Run With Us is organising an easy 45 min run in F9 Park, Islamabad.THE PLAN:
We will be gathering at 5:15 PM and will start the run at 5:25 PM SHARP from at Gate 4, F-9 Park (Gate facing F8 Markaz).
PROGRAM DETAILS:

Gathering Time: 5:15 pm
Starting Time: 5:25 pm
Note: Please arrive on time as we will not wait for latecomers.
Our activities are open to anyone and are free of charge.
