Contact Representative Position Information
As a Contact Representative, you will work directly with taxpayers to resolve a variety of issues on their tax returns and tax accounts. One year of specialized customer service experience is required to qualify, however, a bachelor's degree (or combination of experience and education) can be substituted for the specialized experience requirement.
These entry level positions do not require you to have prior tax experience. Our top-notch training programs will teach you everything you need to know to prepare you to be successful in these positions.
For the Jacksonville call site, we will be offering full-time, seasonal positions on mid-day shifts beginning at 12pm. Training may be conducted at a different time. Full-time seasonal positions are typically offered on a 6-8 month season and can be extended. If seasonal employees are released during the off-season, they will be called back at the start of each new season and do not need to reapply.
