Join us for a 4-week Nutrition Challenge to jump start 2026!The focus of this challenge will be reducing body fat and establishing good nutrition habits to help us achieve our ideal body composition.
Your challenge will include two InBody body composition scans to help measure your progress. InBody scans provide a detailed breakdown of body composition, including:
* Weight
* Muscle mass
* Body fat percentage
During the challenge, you will be equipped with the necessary tools, structure and accountability to help you along your weight loss journey. There will be fun prizes along the way for top performers!
The challenge will kick off with a nutrition workshop on Saturday, Jan. 3.
