Ironman Grappling is a structured system that synthesizes the best solutions from Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, European wrestling and Russian Sambo. Developed to deliver clear, systematic knowledge transfer, the curriculum covers safe takedowns and multiple routes to the ground, a range of finishing techniques (joint locks and chokes), and comprehensive anti-grappling counters.
The Level 1 course introduces the foundations of the training program. In addition to technical details, participants will learn the core structure of Ironman Grappling, the specific format of training sessions, and the methodology of instruction.
