We're excited to announce that IRONKIDS Lake Placid is back! This year's races will be hosted by the New York Ski Educational Foundation (NYSEF) a local non-profit providing opportunities for athletes of all ages to reach their potential in snowsports through professional guidance and financial support.Ages 7-17 can join in for the Dip-n-Dash. Ages 1-17 can join in for the fun run. The Dip-n-Dash distance is a 100M swim & 1 mile run. The Fun Run is a toddler trot, half mile or 1 mile distance.
