American Poet Robert Bly tapped into the importance of understanding this process as seen during his 62-week run atop the New York Times Bestseller's List for his work Iron John: A Story About Men. Focusing on the need to look inwardly to answer the critical questions of what makes a good man, Bly emphasizes the need each person has to do the essential personal work for healthy growth and maturity, rather than being captive to situations and circumstances.
