Iron Cardio is a minimalist routine that delivers strength, conditioning, and even some muscle, if you wish. This super efficient workout style allows you to quickly get to work and accomplish what is needed and then get back to the real world.
Mind the Gap fills in what the basics just don't cover. Learn to fill in what is needed in your routine but still have the minimalist approach to your training
You're invited to join Brett Jones for an Iron Cardio Workshop at: BrickHouse Strength and Conditioning, Saturday June 1st from 9am-5pm .Brett Jones (Creator of Iron Cardio/ Mind the Gap, StrongFirst Master Certified Instructor, StrongFirst Director of Education) will take you through the details of the Iron Cardio Protocol and Mind the Gap exercises in this hands on workshop. Whether you are a beginner looking for a routine to train at home with or an experienced coach looking to help become efficient in your teaching with your clientele this workshop is for you.
